Fast Fuel bills twice a month for every two weeks of fueling

ACH Payment Method  - Automatic payment out of a checking account.

This payment method requires you to receive your Fast Fuel statement by email.  

Personal Accounts Twice a Month Billing – You will receive your statement by email on the 1^st of the month and the total owed on that statement will be pulled from your checking account on the 5^th of each month. You will receive your second statement on the 16^th of the month and the total owed on that statement will be pulled from your checking account on the 20^th of each month. The only exception to this is if the 1^st, 5^th, 16^th or the 20^th fall on a weekend or holiday it will be the next business day.

Business Accounts Twice a Month Billing - You will receive your statement by email on the 1^st of the month and the total owed on that statement will be pulled from your checking account on the 10^th of each month. You will receive your second statement on the 16^th of the month by email and the total owed for that statement will be pulled from your checking account on the 25^th. The only exception to this is if the 1^st or the 10^th or the 16^th or the 25^th fall on a weekend or holiday it will be the next business day.

NSF Funds/Returned ACH Payments

All returned payments will be charged $40.00 fee, unless return of payment caused by Fast Fuel.

• $40 fee will be charged starting on the first occurrence
• Fuel cards will be locked out if payment is not remitted in one business day
• 2^nd NSF occurrence, ACH discount will be removed
• 3^rd occurrence, the account will be changed to deposit account for 12 months
