Happy February everyone! To me, February usually means winter is winding down. Although, I think I said something similar last year and then “Snowmaggedon” hit! So, we can still get surprises. I don’t have too much information this month, so this should be a short letter.
Lilly Road station remodel update…. Lilly is STILL OPEN until the remodel begins!
We are still waiting on permits from the city and what they will be requiring. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell us all these things at the beginning so we had no idea it would take this long. We are hoping to break ground in the next couple of months….fingers crossed!
If you pay your Fast Fuel bill with a credit card, please note that due to the high cost of credit card processing fees, and low margins on gas and diesel purchases, we will be passing along the 3% credit card processing fee (the amount we are charged from the credit card companies) on invoice payments over $1000. For now, we will only charge it on the higher bills, but that will likely change at some point. There is no fee for cash, check, or ACH payments. Thank you for your understanding and helping us provide you with affordable fuel pricing.
This winter has been very busy on our propane side. We have been picking up new customers at a rapid clip. Many of these new customers are switching to us from other companies. Many companies offer introductory rates or teaser rates only to jack the price way up later. I think people are getting wise to this. Plus, they charge delivery fees every time they come out. At Acme, we always offer fair pricing and we do NOT charge any delivery fees. We only charge for the amount of fuel you take, plus sales tax. So, if you or someone you know could use our services, send them our way!
We have also expanded the territory we service for propane. Besides all of Thurston and Mason Counties, we go as far west as Elma, down to Centralia/Chehalis and out to McKenna and Roy. So, if you know someone in these areas and they have or want to get propane, send them our way!
